Unsubscribe
Remove your email from Ecology Games newsletters and promotional messages about electronics restocks, digital key bundles, and blog updates. Processing completes after validation; you may receive one final confirmation message so you know the request succeeded.
If you still need order help after unsubscribing, use the contact form with the same email address tied to your checkout. Cart data remains in your browser until you clear it manually; unsubscribing does not delete local cart storage.
After you leave the list
You will stop receiving promotional digests about restocks, bundles, and blog summaries. Transactional email tied to an active checkout may still arrive if you place an order after unsubscribing; those messages are not marketing and include fulfillment details you requested.
Resubscribe anytime through the subscribe page linked in the footer legal row. We do not penalize users who toggle preferences; the same validation rules apply in both directions.
Data handling
Unsubscribe requests remove your address from the marketing table within standard processing windows. We retain minimal logs to prove compliance if a mailbox provider reports spam complaints. No street addresses or phone numbers are stored because those fields never appear on our forms.
If marketing mail continues after a validated unsubscribe, send a contact message with the email you entered so staff can trace the stuck record. Include approximate dates to speed lookup.
Still want product news?
You can follow Ecology Games through footer share links without receiving email. Public posts summarize major guide releases and seasonal bundles, while detailed open-box lists remain subscriber-only to protect small inventory counts from scalpers.
Browser bookmarks to shop.html and blog.html give you a manual refresh whenever you restock your own desk. Cart contents stay local until checkout, independent of marketing preferences.
Rejoining later
Many builders unsubscribe during quiet seasons and return before upgrade cycles. The subscribe form accepts returning addresses without penalty. You will not receive retroactive digests for missed weeks, but the blog archive remains public.
Representatives never ask for payment details through marketing mail. Checkout happens only after you validate the shop form with name, email, and order confirmation checkbox.
Questions about past orders
Unsubscribing does not delete checkout history held by representatives. Use the contact form with the same email if you need shipment status on hardware or a resend on digital keys.
Cart contents remain in browser storage until you clear them or complete checkout, regardless of marketing preferences.
Validated unsubscribe forms show the same success line as other site forms so you know the request was formatted correctly.
You may still see product updates if you follow Ecology Games through footer share links on social platforms; those channels are separate from this mailing list.
To receive digests again, open subscribe.html from the footer legal row and submit the same email after validation passes.
Technical notes
This static page does not call remote APIs when you submit the form. Validation runs locally through js/forms.js, matching subscribe and contact pages. Marketing removal is processed when representatives export validated entries from internal tools, typically within a few business days.
If you use plus-addressing or role inboxes, enter the exact address that received Ecology Games mail so the correct row is deleted. Wildcard unsubscribes are not supported because they could remove unrelated teammates.
Hardware warranty reminders and digital key receipts are not marketing messages; they may still arrive when tied to an order you placed, even after this unsubscribe form succeeds.
